WHAT HAPPENS IN ENGLISH CLUB LEVEL 1? Games Speaking Competitions & Fun! WELCOME TO THE CLUB! We start English Club meetings with a unique challenge for each child. In the first 10 minutes, every child is already speaking English! The rest of our time is spent playing games, drawing, writing, learning new words, and activating the English that they have learned in school. Level 1 Club activities start at CEFR A1, which most kids achieve by 5th grade. Kids in English Club will hear clear English from an experienced native speaking teacher. Individualized feedback helps each learner improve their pronunciation and conversational fluency. In English Club, kids will gain the confidence to speak English, build their vocabulary, and discover how to relax and enjoy the process.
